[Remote] Alliances sales Leader- Data

Syncarp is a global IT service provider based in the US, and they are seeking an Alliance Sales Leader – Data to build and scale a partner-led revenue engine across the data ecosystem. This leadership role focuses on developing strategic partnerships with Snowflake, Databricks, and adjacent data platforms to drive joint pipeline and co-sell opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Proven experience operating within co-sell frameworks — including Snowflake Partner Network and/or Databricks Partner Program — with working knowledge of deal registration, incentive structures, and marketplace mechanics

- Partner Engagement Quality
Skills
- 10+ years of enterprise sales/alliance experience
- 3+ years in Snowflake, Databricks, cloud/data partnerships
- Proven experience operating within co-sell frameworks — including Snowflake Partner Network and/or Databricks Partner Program
- Working knowledge of deal registration, incentive structures, and marketplace mechanics
- Ability to build strong executive relationships
- Experience leading co-sell motions
- Ability to create repeatable alliance-led growth strategies across the data platform ecosystem
