[Remote] Senior Technical Analyst

They are seeking a Senior Technical Analyst to support and enhance operational workflows, serve as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, and lead technical initiatives to align solutions with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze business and technical requirements to identify and recommend effective system solutions
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications, workflows, and design documentation
  • Facilitate solution design discussions and support testing, implementation, and deployment activities
  • Lead and support technical projects through planning, coordination, communication, and implementation
  • Manage the business intake process for technology requests, enhancements, reporting needs, and operational improvements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess needs, prioritize initiatives, and align solutions with organizational objectives
  • Perform data analysis and develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support business operations and decision-making
  • Troubleshoot complex system and data issues, including integrations with applications, databases, and third-party platforms
  • Create process documentation, user guides, and training materials, and provide end-user training and support

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years of experience in technical analysis, systems analysis, business systems support, or related IT roles
  • Experience leading technical projects, cross-functional initiatives, and business intake or requirements gathering processes
  • Experience developing functional design documentation and translating business requirements into technical solutions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development
  • Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, system integrations, and data management concepts
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Ability to travel locally needed to attend meetings
  • Ability to communicate effectively with people/groups in multiple settings within and outside the organization
  • Ability to effectively utilize existing and emerging technology to achieve required results
  • Ability to transport moderately heavy objects up to 25 pounds
