[Remote] Bus Dev Sales Manager III
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. 1Finity, a Fujitsu company, is a global provider of communications networks focused on innovative solutions. They are seeking a Business Development Sales Manager to develop new business with North American Tier 1 wireless carriers, specifically in Radio Access Network solutions leveraging Open RAN technology.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across customer planning, architecture, and operations teams to identify and create new sales opportunities for 1Finity
- Clearly articulate the business and technical value of 1Finity solutions to customer decision makers and key influencers
- Influence the requirements, architecture, and timing of Tier 1 carrier network decisions to align with 1Finity’s solutions and roadmap
- Communicate and advocate customer requirements internally across 1Finity Mobile Systems business units, Commercial Management, and Sales leadership to ensure alignment with customer needs and expectations
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (engineering or equivalent preferred)
- 5+ years of experience selling network solutions and/or leading new product or solution introductions
- Proven experience selling to Tier 1 Communications Service Providers
- Strong technical sales, presentation, and customer‑facing communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Self‑directed, highly motivated, high‑energy professional with a passion for developing new business opportunities
