[Remote] Wholesale Production Designer

They are seeking a detail-oriented Wholesale Production Designer who will manage and execute design concepts into polished, production-ready files while ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and state regulations.
Responsibilities
- Take design concepts from the creative team and execute them into polished, production-ready files for digital and print media
- Independently manage file formats, color profiles, and resolution adjustments based on project requirements
- Proofread all design elements for accuracy and consistency with brand guidelines
- Perform image manipulation, retouching, and color correction as needed
- Make informed design choices within established brand guidelines, ensuring visual consistency across all materials
- Identify potential design issues and propose solutions proactively
- Collaborate with the Wholesale Creative Designer on creative refinements when necessary, but maintain autonomy in the final production stages
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for file manipulation and layout creation
- Knowledge of digital design standards for web and social media
- Experience with asset database servers (DAMs) and workflow systems (Monday.com)
- Conduct thorough quality checks on all final artwork before delivery to ensure accuracy and high visual standards
- Identify and address potential production issues before they arise
- Maintain a detailed file organization system for efficient project management
- Good sense of design aesthetics
- Excellent time management skills
