[Remote] Sales Manager - BioGrowing
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Kaiyiee Global Talent is representing a biotechnology company specializing in probiotics and related solutions. They are seeking a U.S.-based Sales Manager to develop and manage B2B customers across food ingredients, probiotics, and nutrition sectors.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage B2B customers in the U.S. market, including food and beverage manufacturers, dietary supplement companies, dairy companies, nutrition brands, and related industrial customers
- Promote probiotics, starter cultures, food ingredients, microbial preparations, and related solutions
- Identify new business opportunities, build customer relationships, conduct commercial negotiations, and follow up on orders and payments
- Work closely with internal teams on product information, samples, quotations, technical communication, contracts, and delivery
- Analyze customer needs, market trends, sales data, and sales expenses to support market growth
- Attend trade shows, customer meetings, and short-term business trips as needed
- Complete other sales-related tasks assigned by management
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or above
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience in food ingredients, dietary supplements, probiotics, microbial preparations, food additives, flavors, animal nutrition, or related industries
- Experience selling to factories, manufacturers, R&D teams, procurement teams, or technical decision-makers
- Strong business development, customer management, negotiation, and execution skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate with international teams
- Willingness to travel for customer visits and trade shows as needed
- A background in Food Science, Biotechnology, Bioprocess Engineering, Nutrition, or a related field is preferred
- Existing customer resources or strong network in U.S. food, beverage, supplement, dairy, or manufacturing sectors is highly preferred
