[Remote] Agriculture Recruiter
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. ZRG Careers is seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to support a global client in the agriculture and farming industry. This role involves managing full-cycle recruiting across multiple global regions, with a focus on attracting and hiring talent in Latin America, particularly Mexico, Peru, and Chile.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for professional, technical, and leadership roles across multiple global regions
- Partner with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies and deliver qualified talent pipelines
- Recruit talent throughout Mexico, Peru, Chile, and other international markets as needed
- Conduct candidate screening, interviewing, and assessment processes
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and market mapping techniques
- Provide market intelligence on talent availability, compensation trends, and competitive hiring landscapes
- Ensure a positive candidate experience while maintaining timely communication throughout the hiring process
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to navigate country-specific hiring practices and recruitment challenges
- Maintain accurate applicant tracking and reporting metrics
Skills
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in agriculture, agribusiness, life sciences, biotechnology, crop science, food production, or related industries
- Demonstrated experience recruiting globally, with direct hiring experience in Mexico, Peru, and Chile strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of international recruiting practices and cultural considerations across Latin America
- Experience sourcing technical, scientific, operations, commercial, and leadership talent
- Ability to work independently in a remote, client-facing environment
- Strong stakeholder management and consultative communication skills
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern applicant tracking systems
- Spanish language proficiency
- Agriculture, farming, crop science, seed technology, ag-tech, biotechnology, or life sciences recruiting
- Experience supporting multinational organizations
- Prior experience working in an embedded recruiting, RPO, or consulting environment
