[Remote] Regional Sales Executive / Strategic Partnerships Lead

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Virtelligence is a global, employee-owned healthcare IT consulting and staffing firm with over 25 years of experience. They are seeking a driven Regional Sales Executive / Strategic Partnerships Lead to expand their healthcare client base and build partner-influenced revenue opportunities across the healthcare technology ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new business with hospitals, health systems, payers, life sciences organizations, and healthcare technology clients
  • Build relationships with CIOs, CTOs, VPs of IT, application leaders, digital transformation leaders, HR and finance transformation leaders, and procurement teams
  • Position Virtelligence’s consulting, staffing, managed services, cloud, cybersecurity, AI, data, and application support capabilities
  • Expand existing accounts and identify new opportunities across Epic, ServiceNow, Workday, Microsoft, AWS, UKG, and managed services
  • Build strategic relationships with ecosystem partners including Microsoft, Workday, ServiceNow, AWS, Epic-aligned networks, UKG, GSIs, and healthcare technology partners
  • Create partner-influenced pipeline through referrals, co-sell discussions, joint account planning, executive introductions, and healthcare industry events
  • Represent Virtelligence at partner meetings, conferences, executive briefings, webinars, and healthcare transformation events
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline tracking, account plans, CRM updates, and revenue forecasting

Skills

  • 7+ years of experience in healthcare IT sales, IT consulting sales, staffing sales, managed services sales, enterprise technology sales, partner sales, or alliance-led growth
  • Proven ability to build relationships with healthcare executives and senior IT decision makers
  • Strong understanding of healthcare IT priorities, including EHR, ERP, cloud, cybersecurity, application support, digital transformation, workforce challenges, and managed services
  • Experience creating new logo opportunities, expanding accounts, and generating partner-influenced pipeline
  • Excellent communication, presentation, follow-up, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the discipline to build a territory, manage a pipeline, and drive measurable revenue
  • Existing relationships within hospitals, health systems, Microsoft, Workday, ServiceNow, AWS, Epic, UKG, GSIs, or healthcare consulting ecosystems
  • Experience with Microsoft Partner Programs, Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare, Azure Marketplace, Workday ecosystem, ServiceNow ecosystem, AWS Partner Network, or healthcare technology alliances
