They are seeking a Senior Account Executive who will take full ownership of their B2B sales pipeline, engaging with mid-market and enterprise brokerages to build relationships and close deals.

Responsibilities

  • Building pipeline from scratch
  • Prospecting daily
  • Running discovery conversations that uncover pain
  • Creating urgency that is real and earned
  • Managing a book of business with discipline
  • Crafting cold messages that get responses
  • Adapting approach to keep deals moving
  • Making good decisions with incomplete information
  • Taking full ownership of sales numbers

Skills

  • Have built pipeline from scratch and knows what it takes
  • Are comfortable picking up the phone, crafting a cold message that actually gets a response, running a discovery conversation that earns the next step
  • Are a real go-getter who dreams big, goes hard, and knows how to drive B2B sales in a start-up
  • Do not need a playbook for every situation - you know how to read a deal, adapt your approach, and keep things moving
  • Are honest with yourself about where deals stand and do not paper over stalled pipeline with optimistic stage updates
  • Know the difference between a deal that is progressing and one that is stuck - and know what to do about both
  • Thrive in environments that are not fully built yet and gray areas do not slow you down
  • Make good decisions with incomplete information, ask for help when needed, and take full ownership of your number
