[Remote] Senior Analyst – Sales Strategy & Operations
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. UST is a mission-driven company that transforms lives through technology. They are seeking a Senior Analyst to support B2B enterprise sales organizations by analyzing sales metrics and developing go-to-market strategies.
Responsibilities
- Analyze sales pipeline, bookings, win/loss, and revenue metrics to provide actionable insights
- Support GTM strategy development for new offerings, verticals, and accounts
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams to align GTM plans and execution
- Build and maintain sales dashboards, reports, and KPI scorecards
- Support pricing, deal sizing, and sales forecasting activities
- Conduct market, competitor, and account-level analysis to support sales pursuits
- Enable sales teams with insights, playbooks, and performance trends
- Improve sales processes through data, automation, and analytics
Skills
- 4-6 years of experience in sales operations, GTM analytics, or business analytics
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in Excel, PowerPoint, CRM (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to translate data into clear insights and executive-ready recommendations
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Exposure to pipeline management, forecasting, and performance KPIs
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
