[Remote] District Sales Manager

They are seeking a motivated District Sales Manager to grow their presence within a defined territory, building relationships with manufacturers and identifying new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Developing and executing sales strategies that expand market share
- Managing and growing relationships with existing clients
- Identifying and closing new business opportunities
- Conducting virtual and in-person sales presentations
- Representing ARCAT at industry events and trade shows
- Providing feedback to internal teams to support continuous improvement
Skills
- Proven sales experience and strong client relationship management skills
- Familiarity with the architecture, engineering, and construction industry is a major plus
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with CRM tools and sales performance metrics
- Ability to work remotely and willingness to travel
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or related fields
