[Remote] Director of Business Development

Butler America is seeking an experienced Director of Business Development to drive growth across their data center, telecom engineering, and fiber network services nationwide. In this high-impact leadership role, you will develop strategic relationships, originate new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and help expand Butler America's footprint with hyperscalers, data center operators, carriers, ISPs, and broadband providers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies that drive revenue growth
- Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities within the data center and telecommunications sectors
- Cultivate relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders
- Lead contract negotiations, proposals, and strategic partnerships
- Collaborate with engineering, construction, and operations teams to deliver client solutions
Skills
- 10+ years of business development, sales, or deal origination experience in telecommunications, data centers, fiber networks, or infrastructure services
- Proven success closing multimillion-dollar contracts and strategic partnerships
- Strong industry relationships and market knowledge
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
