[Remote] CAPPS HR/PY Tower Analyst

Confidential company is seeking a CAPPS HR/PY Tower Analyst to provide functional and technical support for CAPPS HR/Payroll applications. The role involves configuring and maintaining PeopleSoft HCM modules, managing incident resolution, and ensuring compliance with various standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide functional and technical support for CAPPS HR/Payroll applications
- Configure and maintain PeopleSoft HCM modules and workflows
- Support statewide agencies using CAPPS
- Coordinate fiscal year-end processing and payroll activities
- Manage incident resolution, change requests, and service tickets
- Ensure compliance with FMLA, NIST, ITIL, and WCAG standards
- Participate in Disaster Recovery testing and audit activities
- Create executive presentations, reports, and system documentation
- Support integrations, batch jobs, reporting solutions, and system enhancements
- Collaborate with business users, vendors, and technical teams
Skills
- 10+ years supporting CAPPS HR/PY Tower in Oracle PeopleSoft HCM 9.2
- Extensive experience with Workforce Administration
- Extensive experience with Payroll
- Extensive experience with Time & Labor
- Extensive experience with Commitment Accounting
- Extensive experience with Position Management
- Extensive experience with TAM/CG Recruiting
- Extensive experience with HR Security & Row-Level Security
- Strong expertise in Application Designer

- Strong expertise in SQR
- Strong expertise in SQL
- Strong expertise in BI Publisher
- Strong expertise in SAP Business Objects
- Experience with PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM)
- Experience with Elastic Search

- Knowledge of State of Texas HR policies
- Knowledge of Federal Labor Laws
