[Remote] VP, Institutional Sales
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Garrington Private Credit is a North American private credit fund focused on originating and managing senior secured, asset-backed loans. They are seeking a VP of Institutional Sales to build their U.S. institutional franchise, drive fundraising strategies, and manage relationships with institutional investors.
Responsibilities
- Drive regional fundraising strategy and execute new capital raising initiatives
- Raise capital for U.S. dollar fund products and support the launch of the firm’s U.S. domestic feeder product
- Develop and manage relationships with institutional investors, family offices, RIAs, private banks, and offshore allocators
- Serve as a senior representative of the firm in investor meetings, presentations, and conferences
- Maintain working knowledge of regulatory requirements for onshore and offshore collective investment / pooled fund (CEM) product distribution
Skills
- 10+ years of institutional sales experience in asset management
- Established relationships with an investor network primarily based in the U.S
- Proven success raising capital from offshore and institutional investors
- Strong understanding of private credit strategies and fund structures
- Bachelor's degree required
- CFA and/or MBA preferred
