[Remote] Technical Business Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Accion Labs is seeking a Technical Business Analyst with strong SQL and data analysis capabilities, who can bridge business needs with data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in business analysis, reporting, and working with data contracts, along with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into data-driven solutions and technical requirements
- Perform data mining, aggregation, and analysis using SQL
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytical outputs using BI tools
- Define and implement data contracts to support scalable data solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify data needs, and drive decisions
- Analyze and interpret complex datasets to identify trends, insights, and opportunities
- Work with engineering/data teams on data warehouse and reporting solutions
- Ensure data quality, validation, and consistency across datasets
- Drive continuous improvement and best practices in data analysis
