[Remote] Product Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Frontline Education is an innovative organization focused on transforming education through AI technology. They are seeking a Product Manager who will lead cross-functional teams to define product vision and strategy, ensuring that initiatives deliver meaningful value to K12 educators and administrators.
Responsibilities
- Define a clear, compelling product vision and strategy aligned with company goals and customer needs
- Develop multi-quarter product plans grounded in outcomes, not outputs — focusing on value creation, adoption, and business impact
- Partner with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment on priorities, trade-offs, and success metrics
- Lead continuous discovery to deeply understand customer pain points, jobs-to-be-done, and opportunities for innovation
- Collaborate with Design and Engineering from the earliest stages to validate desirability, feasibility, and viability
- Test hypotheses and de-risk investments through experimentation, prototypes, and customer feedback loops
- Use data and evidence to inform prioritization and refine product direction
- Partner with Engineering and Design to plan, build, and ship solutions that deliver measurable outcomes
- Write and prioritize well-crafted user stories and acceptance criteria that connect back to validated problems
- Ensure the product backlog reflects clear priorities, dependencies, and value-based trade-offs
- Facilitate agile rituals that balance short-term iteration with long-term strategic outcomes
- Operate as a servant leader — empowering teams through context, not control
- Build strong relationships across Product, Design, Engineering, and GTM teams to ensure alignment and transparency
- Communicate clearly and credibly with internal and external stakeholders, representing the product vision & strategy with clarity and conviction
- Foster a learning culture through retrospectives, experimentation, and cross-team knowledge sharing
Skills
- 2-5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software
- Proven success leading empowered, cross-functional teams through discovery and delivery

- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence across levels and functions
- Familiarity with agile development, experimentation, and continuous discovery practices
