[Remote] Part Time Disclosure Desk Analyst (Wholesale)

Filo Mortgage, LLC is seeking a Part Time Disclosure Desk Analyst who will review and deliver loan disclosure documents while ensuring compliance with lending laws. The role involves verifying the accuracy of loan documents, preparing disclosures, and collaborating with brokers to resolve documentation issues.
Responsibilities
- Verify the accuracy of loan documents and ensure disclosures comply with federal and state regulations
- Prepare and deliver loan disclosures within established timeframes
- Work closely with brokers to resolve any documentation issues to ensure timely generation of disclosures
- Monitor workflows, prioritize and manage pipeline to meet deadlines
- Keep current on loan products, guidelines and requirements such as TRID, RESPA, and HMDA
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- Mortgage industry experience required
- Understanding of mortgage lending regulations
