They are seeking a Marketing Campaign Specialist - High Voltage to support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that promote advanced high-voltage solutions. This role involves collaborating with various teams to translate technical capabilities into customer-focused messaging and campaigns while ensuring compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Support execution of integrated HV marketing campaigns across channels
  • Coordinate digital, email, webinar, social media, and event activities
  • Track campaign KPIs including engagement, leads, and conversions
  • Maintain dashboards and analyze campaign performance metrics
  • Support CRM and marketing automation processes (Salesforce, Eloqua)
  • Assist in planning and executing industry events and trade shows
  • Align messaging with product, engineering, and sales teams
  • Contribute to development of marketing collateral and technical content

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, campaigns, or events
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Eloqua)
  • Strong analytical skills with experience tracking campaign performance
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
