[Remote] Senior Product Manager, Predictions (Exchange)

Crypto.com is the world's fastest growing global cryptocurrency platform, and they are seeking a hands-on, execution-focused Senior Product Manager to join their Predictions team. This role involves taking full ownership of the product delivery for the Predictions Exchange technology, ensuring it meets the needs of global markets while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary Product Manager for the Predictions Exchange, ensuring the technology platform meets the needs of our global B2B and B2C markets
• Take full end-to-end ownership of product delivery, moving projects from conceptualization and requirement gathering to shipping and post-launch optimization
• Work closely with a large team of engineers to prioritize the backlog and ensure technical requirements align with business goals
• Collaborate with leadership to streamline the product development process
• Ensure the Predictions Exchange continues to scale as the backbone of our operations

Skills

• Proven Execution: You are a strong Individual Contributor with a track record of 'getting things done' independently
• Domain Interest: A solid understanding of, or strong interest in, the sports industry is essential
• Product Lifecycle Mastery: Experience managing the full product lifecycle from concept to shipping
• Technical Familiarity: Ability to work effectively with large engineering teams and understand complex exchange/transactional technologies
• Communication: Strong ability to coordinate across different timezones (specifically Europe and US)
• Adaptability: Comfortable working in a high-growth environment where changes happen quickly
• Experience with exchange technology or prediction markets
• Previous experience in the crypto or fintech space
