[Remote] Account Executive (Education)

They are seeking an experienced Educational Sales Consultant to manage the inbound sales process for their tutoring, test prep, and admissions services, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and trust.
Responsibilities
- Manage Inbound Sales: Own the sales cycle for our primary services (Tutoring, Test Prep, and Private School and College Admissions) with ticket values typically ranging from $4,000 to $50,000+
- CRM and Pipeline Management: Execute the current sales process while bringing your expertise to refine and elevate our systems. Utilize Salesforce to mine existing leads and maximize our exceptional lifetime customer value (LTV)
- Client Advising: Act as the initial guide for families, diagnosing their specific educational needs and recommending the appropriate level of service (from standard tutoring to elite coaching)
- Cross-Selling & Expansion: Leverage our long-term client relationships to cross-sell multiple services across a family's 7-8 year journey with Cardinal Education
Skills
- Strong experience in education sales, admissions counseling, EdTech, or any adjacent industry
- Ability to build credibility and trust quickly with an affluent, demanding clientele
- Looking for a long-term home to build your career
- Understanding that in high-stakes education, long-term client success and team collaboration matter
- Comfortable working within CRM systems (like Salesforce) to manage a heavy flow of leads and track pipeline velocity
