[Remote] Sales Manager - US - BPO
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Infomate (Pvt) Ltd, a subsidiary of John Keells Group, is seeking a U.S.-based Sales Manager with experience in BPO services. The role involves driving new business acquisition, building relationships with senior stakeholders, and managing the full sales lifecycle to achieve sales objectives.
Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition and develop a strong pipeline of opportunities across the U.S. market
- Build and maintain relationships with CFOs, CEOs, Controllers, and other senior stakeholders
- Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting and qualification through proposal development, negotiation, and contract execution
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored Finance & Accounting Outsourcing and BPO solutions
- Represent the organization at client meetings, industry events, and networking forums
- Consistently achieve sales objectives and contribute to business growth initiatives
Skills
- 6–10+ years of B2B sales experience in BPO, BPM, Outsourcing, Shared Services, Professional Services, or related sectors
- Currently based in the United States with an established professional network
- Proven success in developing new business and closing complex service-based engagements
- Experience engaging with C-level executives and senior decision-makers
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
- Exposure to Hospitality, Hotels, Real Estate, Property Management, or similar industries will be an advantage
- MBA will be an added advantage
