[Remote] Technical Curriculum Developer (Semiconductor)

They are seeking a Technical Curriculum Developer to own a curriculum product from inception through design, development, and deployment, while collaborating with technical subject matter experts and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Build interactive learning modules using Articulate 360 and Canvas LMS
- Design instructor guides, lesson plans, workbooks, and assessments
- Create diagrams, videos, and multimedia content to simplify complex technical concepts
- Develop hands-on labs and performance-based exercises
- Translate technical competencies into structured learning paths
- Gather feedback from learners, instructors, and subject matter experts
- Manage curriculum updates and version control
- Partner with technical teams and business stakeholders
- Create instructor enablement materials and reference guides
- Support technical program descriptions and external communications
- Ensure safety standards and best practices are incorporated throughout the curriculum
Skills
- Strong technical instructional design or curriculum development experience
- Experience developing learning content from inception through deployment
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into structured learning materials
- Experience collaborating with technical teams and business stakeholders
- Associate-level proficiency with Articulate 360 (Storyline/Rise)
- Experience administering or developing content within Canvas LMS
- Strong Google Workspace skills (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Excellent written communication and documentation skills
- Familiarity with open-source technologies and Python
- Strong understanding of electrical, instrumentation, PLC, or industrial systems
- Experience with version control and content lifecycle management
- Ability to facilitate virtual learning and interact with SMEs
- Semiconductor manufacturing experience
- Advanced manufacturing or industrial equipment experience
- Experience with vacuum systems, gas delivery, or chemical systems
- Knowledge of photolithography, etch, deposition, CMP, or metrology processes
- Familiarity with cleanroom operations and contamination control
- OSHA, NFPA 70E, or semiconductor safety knowledge
- Experience with SCORM/xAPI content development
- AR/VR or virtual lab experience
- Competency-based education experience
- Industry certifications in maintenance, semiconductor manufacturing, or instructional design
