[Remote] University Relations Recruiter

The University Relations Recruiter will support the attraction and hiring of early-career talent from colleges and universities across North America, focusing on campus recruiting activities for internship, co-op, and entry-level roles.
Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment activities for interns, co-op, and new graduate roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer processes
- Participate in university recruiting activities and events alongside experienced team members to gain exposure to campus engagement
- Work on sourcing strategies to support the hiring needs of the North America Early Career Talent Acquisition team
- Proactively source and engage candidates using platforms such as Handshake, student organizations, Yello, and Phenom
- Embrace a continuous improvement mindset to enhance delivery, identify improvement opportunities, and strengthen alignment between the business and external talent pools
Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- 1+ years of experience in university recruiting, campus programs, HR, or a related field
- Basic understanding of recruiting processes and candidate engagement
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks with guidance
- Effective communication skills with the ability to interact with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday) or early-career recruiting platforms (e.g., Handshake, Yello, or similar tools)
- Experience supporting events, campus activities, or recruiting coordination
