[Remote] Sales Manager, Mid-Market - Lending

The Sales Manager will lead a team of Account Executives to drive growth in the Auto and Personal lending segments, focusing on revenue targets and pipeline strategy.
Responsibilities
- Leadership: This role will lead a team of Account Executives, building the strategy around the sales team’s approach to the auto and personal lending market
- Pipeline Strategy & Oversight: Own the pipeline healthy by setting prospecting standards, monitoring funnel conversion metrics and ensuring sufficient pipeline coverage
- Drive Revenue Growth: Drive consistent attainment of team sales targets by removing obstacles and ensuring disciplined execution across the full sales cycle
- Pricing & Deal Governance: Provide oversight and approval on pricing strategy, deal structuring, and contract terms
- Develop Market Insights: Provide feedback to inform go-to-market strategies and influence product positioning
- Establish High-Level Relationships: Work closely with C-level executives, decision-makers, and stakeholders
- Cross Functionality Leadership: Collaborate with business development, marketing, product, and customer success teams to align on demand generation, messaging, and onboarding
- Partnership support: Work closely with our Partnership Team to continue to deepen partner relationships, supporting joint go-to-market initiatives
Skills
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience and a minimum of 3 years in a sales leadership or management role selling technology solutions to auto and personal lenders
- Strong understanding of lending operations, servicing workflows, procurement processes, and regulatory considerations within financial institutions
- Tech-savvy with a strong grasp of modern sales tools, CRM systems (Salesforce), and market research methodologies
- Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams to refine strategy and execution
- Active involvement in the lending industry, including attendance at trade shows, familiarity with key publications, and engagement with industry consultants
- Strong understanding of prospecting processes, with demonstrated familiarity in leveraging modern prospecting tools and applying industry best practices to drive pipeline generation
