[Remote] Clinical Change Management Consultant (VA EHRM)

General Dynamics Information Technology is a global technology and professional services company that delivers consulting, technology, and mission services to various U.S. government agencies. They are seeking a Clinical Change Management Consultant to support the Veterans Affairs Electronic Health Records Modernization effort by developing and executing comprehensive change strategies to help stakeholders adopt new processes and technologies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement holistic change management plans that support project objectives and desired outcomes
- Facilitate workshops and sessions to improve stakeholder understanding, readiness, and alignment around change initiatives
- Monitor and report on change progress, including identifying risks, challenges, and areas requiring targeted interventions
- Foster a culture of open communication, transparency, and feedback to drive stakeholder engagement and adoption
- Leverage data-driven insights to refine change strategies, enhance organizational readiness, and measure effectiveness
- Assist the Change Lead in all aspects of change management execution, including:
- Work planning and schedule coordination
- Stakeholder management and communication strategies
- Conducting gap analyses and contributing to process improvement efforts
- Tracking and reporting change-related metrics
- Develop and deliver training sessions to end users to support successful transition and adoption
- Support the creation of knowledge management assets, including user guides, FAQs, and other learning materials
- Assist in designing and developing training and enablement content such as tip sheets and quick reference guides
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and client workstreams to ensure alignment and cohesive change execution
Skills
- Bachelors degree (work experience will be considered in lieu of degree)
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Change Management (P4 – Master level)
- Change Management Training (P4 – Master level)
- ADKAR / Prosci certification
- Demonstrated stakeholder management expertise
- Proficiency in change analytics, including measurement and reporting
- Journey management experience
- Familiarity with Oracle EHR and/or Cerner Millennium systems
