[Remote] Clinical Change Management Consultant (VA EHRM)

They are seeking a Clinical Change Management Consultant to support the Veterans Affairs Electronic Health Records Modernization effort by developing and executing comprehensive change strategies to help stakeholders adopt new processes and technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement holistic change management plans that support project objectives and desired outcomes
  • Facilitate workshops and sessions to improve stakeholder understanding, readiness, and alignment around change initiatives
  • Monitor and report on change progress, including identifying risks, challenges, and areas requiring targeted interventions
  • Foster a culture of open communication, transparency, and feedback to drive stakeholder engagement and adoption
  • Leverage data-driven insights to refine change strategies, enhance organizational readiness, and measure effectiveness
  • Assist the Change Lead in all aspects of change management execution, including:
  • Work planning and schedule coordination
  • Stakeholder management and communication strategies
  • Conducting gap analyses and contributing to process improvement efforts
  • Tracking and reporting change-related metrics
  • Develop and deliver training sessions to end users to support successful transition and adoption
  • Support the creation of knowledge management assets, including user guides, FAQs, and other learning materials
  • Assist in designing and developing training and enablement content such as tip sheets and quick reference guides
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and client workstreams to ensure alignment and cohesive change execution

Skills

  • Bachelors degree (work experience will be considered in lieu of degree)
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Change Management (P4 – Master level)
  • Change Management Training (P4 – Master level)
  • ADKAR / Prosci certification
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management expertise
  • Proficiency in change analytics, including measurement and reporting
  • Journey management experience
  • Familiarity with Oracle EHR and/or Cerner Millennium systems
