[Remote] Sr. Technical Recruiter, Corporate

The Guitar Center Company is the world's largest multichannel musical instrument retailer, and they are seeking a Sr. Technical Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition Team. This role focuses on attracting top talent for technical positions, managing the recruitment process, and building relationships with hiring managers to meet the company's hiring needs.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process while delivering high-quality candidate experience and a consultative hiring manager experience
- Connect with top talent at all levels through dynamic sourcing and recruiting strategies, inclusive of our diversity/inclusion/belonging philosophy
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and HR partners to identify anticipated hiring needs aligned with business needs
- Effectively communicate the recruiting process to hiring managers to ensure expectations are met and understood
- Leverage a variety of recruiting methods including social networking and online tools to proactively network passive talent
- Develop partnerships with colleges, universities, and technical schools to proactively recruit and build a pipeline of qualified talent
- Additional duties as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and years of work experience
- 5 – 7 years of experience working within major functional disciplines primarily in IT and Technology, preferably with experience working for a Retail company or with Retail clients
- Skilled proficiency with recruiting/contact management software and Internet search tools and techniques, including Social Media
