[Remote] Senior Sales Consultant

They are seeking a Cloud Advisor to drive new business growth by guiding organizations through their cloud journey, acting as a trusted partner and advisor to clients.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and marketing leads
- Own the full sales cycle—from initial engagement through close—while maintaining accurate pipeline and forecast discipline
- Lead discovery conversations to understand business goals, technical environments, and cloud readiness
- Position yourself as a trusted advisor, not just a vendor—guiding prospects through AWS strategy and decision-making
- Develop and present tailored AWS solutions aligned to client objectives, with clear business value and ROI
- Partner with solutions architects and technical teams to shape compelling proposals and demonstrations
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across IT, finance, and executive leadership
- Establish long-term trust that positions ATG as a strategic cloud partner
- Navigate complex sales cycles, including stakeholder alignment, proposal development, and contract negotiation
- Drive deals to close while ensuring long-term customer success and partnership potential
- Stay current on AWS services, partner programs, and industry trends
- Effectively differentiate ATG in a competitive cloud services landscape
Skills
- 2–4 years of B2B sales or consulting experience (technology preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Experience managing full-cycle sales processes
- Foundational understanding of cloud computing (AWS preferred)
- Ability to quickly learn and communicate technical concepts in business terms
- Strong consultative selling and discovery capabilities
- Excellent communication and executive presence
- Ability to navigate complex buying groups
- Highly organized with strong pipeline management discipline
- Experience selling cloud, managed services, or SaaS
- AWS Cloud Practitioner (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
- Familiarity with solution selling methodologies (Challenger, MEDDICC, etc.)
- Background in consulting or professional services
