[Remote] Lead Product Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Koyfin is a fast growing fintech company building a powerful analytics platform for financial advisors and individual investors. As a Lead Product Manager, you will own key advisor workflows and collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure high standards of accuracy and usability in the product.
Responsibilities
- Own projects from problem definition through delivery, including PRDs, task breakdown, execution, and launch
- Lead discovery through structured user interviews, usage data, and direct customer feedback
- Translate complex portfolio and performance concepts into intuitive, trustworthy workflows
- Partner closely with engineering to deliver accurate, performant, and scalable analytics
- Communicate timelines, tradeoffs, and changes clearly across the company
- Make thoughtful tradeoffs between correctness, usability, and speed
- Be accountable for outcomes, not just output
Skills
- 5+ years of product management experience building and shipping data-driven or workflow-heavy products
- Comfort with quantitative concepts and the curiosity to go deep on portfolio analytics, options, and credit
- Proven ability to own features end to end with minimal oversight
- Comfortable working with messy real-world data and making judgment calls
- Strong discovery instincts and a bias toward talking directly with users
- Clear, concise written communicator
- Willing to push back thoughtfully when something does not make sense
