[Remote] Account Growth Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Enrichly Technologies, Inc. partners with fraternities and sororities to provide official merchandise programs. The Account Growth Manager is responsible for growing and managing relationships with assigned partners, focusing on sales, account management, and order coordination.
Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with assigned fraternity and sorority partners
- Build and grow chapter merchandise sales through outreach and relationship development
- Communicate with chapter officers, alumni, advisors, and headquarters staff
- Lead merchandise planning conversations for events, recruitment, philanthropy, and other chapter needs
- Manage orders from quote to delivery, including coordination with design and operations teams
- Prepare quotes, track orders, and ensure timelines and approvals stay on schedule
- Maintain accurate customer and pipeline information in CRM systems
- Influence chapter-level behavior by helping chapters understand why the official store is the best source for approved merchandise, bulk orders, and recurring chapter needs
- Partner with internal teams including Creative, Marketing, Operations, and Fulfillment to support customer needs
- Participate in sales pipeline reviews and account planning discussions
Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in sales, account management, customer success, merchandising, collegiate engagement, or related fields
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills across phone, email, video, and in-person interactions
- Ability to build trust with chapter officers, merchandise chairs, headquarters collaborators, alumni, and advisors
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple projects, deadlines, approvals, and customer conversations at once
- Proactive, persistent, and comfortable following up with customers who may be busy, distracted, or slow to respond
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing company where systems and processes are still evolving
- Prior fraternity or sorority experience (as a member, or by working with or within a Greek Letter Organization) strongly preferred
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management systems and collaboration tools preferred
- Experience with Salesforce, Google Workspace, Slack
- Background in apparel, promotional products, collegiate merchandise, event merchandise, or custom products
- Familiarity with fraternity/sorority chapter operations, officer roles, chapter events, recruitment, philanthropy, and merchandise planning
- Experience managing customer relationships remotely while still creating a personal, high-touch customer experience
Benefits
- Target Annual Bonus: Approximately $15,000
- Bonus payouts are made quarterly and tied to performance metrics, including account growth, chapter engagement, sales activity, order conversion, and revenue results.
