They are seeking a Regional Account Manager responsible for revenue growth through sales of aftermarket parts, equipment modernization programs, and service contracts, while managing client relationships and optimizing sales processes.
Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy and Management
- Gain market share in new and existing accounts along with expanding relationships and growing existing core aftermarket accounts
- Client Relationship Management
- Gather and maintain information about the customers, prospects and equipment within the territory of the company CRM system including any required tasks as assigned
- Cost Calculations
- Prepare cost calculations and formal offers for products in accordance with TC’s feedback and regional budgets
- Internal Collaboration
- Collaborate with various departments such as project management, inside sales, engineering, TC and other stakeholders
- Sales Process Optimization
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies
- Reporting and Forecasting
- Provide weekly activity reports, weekly itineraries, prepare and achieve regular territory forecasts
- Contract Negotiation
- Negotiate with clients to secure sales
- Setting sales goals, developing sales plans, and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth
- In the case of local products/services, maintain an accurate cost calculation / price database with the support of purchasing, external suppliers, and service teams as necessary
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Effectively communicate with inside sales, engineering, applications, service technicians, and other Norican brand representatives and other personnel in your daily and long-term strategic plan to grow the business
- Working closely with product development, engineering, and marketing teams to align sales efforts with overall company objectives
- Identifying opportunities to improve sales processes, methods, and approaches
- Promote other Norican lines of business whenever feasible. When allowed by the customer, share relevant leads and contact/project details with other Line of Businesses (LoBs) for follow-up and qualification
- On-time submittal of expense reports
- Providing accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management
Skills
- Three years of Outside Industrial Sales
- Advanced Microsoft Office
- CRM Software
- Valid Passport and Driver's License in good standing
- Must be familiar with Blast Equipment and its operation or equivalent mechanical experience
- A bachelor's degree is preferred
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred
- Reading AutoCAD drawings
