[Remote] Business Development Manager (Power Quality Solutions)

They are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to drive business development and customer success in the U.S. power quality market.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage effective sales channels across the U.S
- Identify, qualify, and develop new sales opportunities
- Establish and grow partnerships with utilities, consultants, EPCs, and system integrators
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Actively develop new customer accounts and establish long-term partnerships
- Provide high-quality customer engagement and ensure customer satisfaction
- Gather first-hand market intelligence and customer feedback
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify trends and differentiate Sinexcel’s solutions
- Identify and seize new business opportunities in the U.S. power quality market
- Leverage technical knowledge to address basic customer technical questions
- Collaborate with internal engineering teams for advanced technical support
- Deliver solution presentations and product demonstrations as needed
- Work cross-functionally with global teams to align strategies and deliver results
- Demonstrate strong self-management, high execution, and target-driven performance
- Utilize all available resources effectively to ensure successful project implementation
