Responsibilities

  • Knowledge of Service Titan
  • Knowledge or experience using Hatch messaging
  • Customer Service Experience in a Trade business environment such as Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, or Generators
  • A background in Scheduling or/and Dispatching
  • Customer service: 2 years in a Trade business environment. (Preferred)
  • Call center: 2 years of inbound/outbound phone experience (Required)
  • 8-hour shift
  • Appointment scheduling: 1 year (Required)
  • Service Titan: 1 year (Required)
  • Hatch: 1 year (Required)
  • Dispatching: 1 year (Required)
  • Call center: 1 year (Required)
  • Data entry: 1 year (Required)
