[Remote] Human Resources Manager – People, Culture & Growth

They are seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations and initiatives that foster a strong culture, develop talent, and enhance employee engagement.
Responsibilities
- Lead culture and engagement initiatives that bring our values to life
- Partner with leadership to align people strategy with company goals
- Design and run career growth programs and Modtech University training
- Lead quarterly performance reviews focused on growth and feedback
- Launch leadership development and mentorship programs
- Manage full-cycle recruiting and strengthen our employer brand
- Create onboarding experiences that connect new hires to our mission from day one
- Oversee payroll, benefits, compliance, and employee relations
- Modernize HR systems and processes as we scale
Skills
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience
- Proven success leading training, performance, and culture programs
- Strong communication, coaching, and people skills
- Paylocity and Microsoft Business Central experience is a plus
- DoD or project-based company experience preferred
