Position Overview – Solutions Analyst, Labor Systems Data Solutions

The Solutions Analyst role sits within the Labor Systems team, a critical hub that designs, optimizes, and supports the workforce management platforms across all arenaflex locations. Reporting to the Manager – Labor Systems Data Solutions, you will be responsible for translating complex business requirements into robust, scalable data solutions that empower our Cast Members to deliver world‑class guest experiences. This is a full‑time, remote‑first position based in the United States, offering a competitive hourly rate of $25‑$30 and a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities

  • Apply industry‑standard software development methodologies and testing practices to design, develop, and maintain data‑centric applications.
  • Deliver rapid, accurate results for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring data integrity and timeliness.
  • Stay current with emerging IT trends, attending webinars, conferences, and technical workshops to continuously enhance your skill set.
  • Maintain deep expertise in data integration technologies currently deployed across arenaflex’s ecosystem.
  • Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives, contributing to the evolution of best‑practice processes.
  • Provide high‑level estimates based on preliminary requirements, breaking large, complex problems into manageable, testable tasks.
  • Design, recommend, and guide the implementation of robust reporting and analytics architectures that support strategic decision‑making.
  • Build balanced, extensible solutions that minimize resource consumption while maximizing performance and reliability.
  • Develop elegant, user‑friendly solutions that meet both immediate and long‑term data needs of business users and stakeholders.
  • Collect, process, and analyze large data sets, transforming raw information into actionable insights.
  • Lead and prioritize multiple assignments independently in a fast‑paced environment, ensuring deadlines are met without sacrificing quality.
  • Engage in on‑call rotation and cross‑functional support duties, collaborating closely with teammates to maintain system uptime.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of professional experience with at least one programming language (C#, VB.NET, JavaScript, Python, or a comparable language).
  • At least 1 year of hands‑on experience with relational database technologies (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, or equivalents).
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and propose data‑driven solutions.
  • Demonstrated work ethic and passion for detail, consistently delivering high‑quality outcomes.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple priorities, and execute tasks accurately in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
  • Experience handling confidential data and resolving conflicts effectively.

Preferred Qualifications & Technical Skills

  • Familiarity with .NET languages (C#, VB.NET) and the Visual Studio integrated development environment.

  • Knowledge of data‑integration tools (e.g., SSIS, Talend, Informatica) and API‑based data exchange mechanisms.
  • Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their data services.

Educational Background
