Key Responsibilities

  • Engage Prospects on Social Media: Initiate, nurture, and qualify conversations on arenaflex‑branded channels (formerly known as Facebook and Instagram) and via email inquiries.
  • Book Sales Calls: Convert interested prospects into scheduled discovery calls for the sales team, aiming for a minimum of 0.5 qualified leads per hour.
  • Maintain Detailed Logs: Record every interaction, lead source, and outcome in Google Sheets, providing transparent performance metrics for the team.
  • Collaborate in Weekly Syncs: Participate in Chat Team meetings, performance reviews, and company‑wide huddles to share wins, troubleshoot challenges, and celebrate milestones.
  • Continuously Optimize Communication Style: Adapt quickly to feedback, refine messaging, and embody the arenaflex brand voice in every interaction.

  • Maintain an average of 0.5 qualified leads per hour (KPI) while ensuring a high level of conversational quality.

  • Provide weekly performance reports that highlight trends, successes, and areas for development.
  • Help increase overall member acquisition by consistently feeding the sales funnel with high‑intent prospects.

Essential Qualifications
