Key Responsibilities
- End‑to‑End Order Fulfillment: Receive, validate, and enter orders into arenaflex’s ERP system; coordinate with internal supply‑chain partners and external distributors to ensure seamless order progression.
- CPG Insight & Proactive Management: Leverage your knowledge of consumer packaged goods (CPG) ordering patterns to anticipate and resolve potential order gaps before they become issues.
- Issue Identification & Resolution: Spot timing, pricing, or item discrepancies early; work with operations, finance, and logistics teams to prevent shipping delays and invoicing errors.
- Customer Relationship Building: Communicate expectations clearly, maintain diplomatic dialogue, and become a trusted point of contact for retail and OOH clients.
- Sales Enablement: Serve as a knowledgeable resource for the sales team, highlighting opportunities, challenges, and order‑related insights that can drive revenue.
- Commercial Advocacy: Represent the commercial channel’s needs to operations, flagging demand‑vs‑supply gaps, timeline changes, and new‑product launch considerations.
