Key Responsibilities

  • Process inbound complaint system fulfillment requests with speed and accuracy, adhering to established service level agreements.
  • Leverage a comprehensive knowledge database and follow detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to respond to a wide variety of internal and external inquiries.
  • Navigate multiple computer systems and specialized applications simultaneously, ensuring seamless data flow across platforms.
  • Document each contact, interaction, and resolution step in a secure, centralized database, maintaining an audit‑ready record for compliance reviews.
  • Perform routine data validation checks to guarantee entry accuracy, flagging inconsistencies for immediate correction.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including compliance, IT, and customer service—to resolve complex issues and improve process efficiency.

Essential Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED + minimum three (3) years of professional data‑entry experience, or an Associate’s Degree + minimum one (1) year of relevant experience, or a Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
  • Active Public Trust Security clearance, demonstrating eligibility to work with classified or sensitive government data.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a proven track record of achieving high data‑entry accuracy rates.
  • Ability to follow documented guidelines and procedures meticulously, especially those governing privacy and secure system access.
  • Efficient typing speed of at least 40 words per minute (WPM) with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, as well as comfort navigating multiple software environments.
  • Strong time‑management skills, dependability, and the ability to meet daily quotas and strict deadlines.
  • Availability to work an eight‑hour shift within the operating window of 8 am – 8 pm, Monday through Friday, based on business needs.
