As an Outbound Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for borrowers interested in supplemental services such as insurance, home warranties, and security solutions. Key Responsibilities

  • Make 50–100 outbound calls per day using arenaflex’s predictive dialer, following campaign‑specific scripts and compliance guidelines.
  • Engage existing borrowers to introduce current and upcoming promotions, clearly articulating benefits and eligibility.
  • Qualify interest and seamlessly transfer qualified leads to the appropriate product‑specialist sales team for final closure.
  • Handle inbound inquiries, quickly identifying the caller’s needs and routing them to the correct internal department.
  • Maintain accurate call logs, update CRM records, and document outcomes to ensure data integrity and actionable insights.
  • Participate in regular training sessions, role‑plays, and performance reviews to continuously improve communication and upselling techniques.
  • Adhere to all regulatory, privacy, and arenaflex compliance standards, including Do‑Not‑Call (DNC) regulations and data protection policies.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including underwriting, risk, and product development—to stay informed about new offerings and policy changes.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–2 years of outbound call‑center experience, preferably in a mortgage, financial services, or insurance environment.
  • Demonstrated success in sales or upselling, with a track record of meeting or exceeding performance metrics.
  • Proficiency with outbound dialing platforms, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and basic computer applications.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, a clear and friendly phone presence, and the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities and the capacity to think on your feet while adhering to scripted guidelines.
  • Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
