Key Responsibilities

  • Drive product strategy: Lead the planning and execution of the Customer Digital Identity product roadmap, with a focus on identity matching, data clean‑room capabilities, and privacy‑by‑design principles.
  • Define and implement data governance: Establish robust processes that ensure data security, compliance, and integrity for internal teams accessing customer identity information.
  • Collaborate across functions: Partner with Engineering, Design, Marketing, arenaflex Marketplace, arenaflex Digital Commerce, and the Data Science teams to deliver integrated, secure identity solutions.
  • Measure success: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics that quantify product impact, adoption rates, and compliance outcomes.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends: Monitor emerging technologies, regulatory changes, and best practices in identity management, data clean‑rooms, and cybersecurity to inform product evolution.
  • Advocate for the customer: Serve as the voice of the shopper in cross‑functional discussions, ensuring that every decision aligns with the goal of delivering a safe, personalized, and delightful experience.
  • Support remote teams: Enable internal stakeholders to access and use customer identity data securely, providing training, documentation, and ongoing assistance.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 8 years of product management experience, including at least 2 years focused on customer identity, data privacy, or related domains. Retail or e‑commerce experience is highly desirable.
  • Technical foundation: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, conduct quantitative analysis, and translate insights into actionable product decisions.
  • Strategic thinking: Demonstrated ability to think both tactically and strategically, balancing short‑term deliverables with long‑term vision.
