The position is open for both part‑time and full‑time arrangements, allowing you to tailor your schedule to your lifestyle while delivering exceptional results for arenaflex.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, validate, and maintain large sets of logistics and shipment data in arenaflex’s enterprise systems, ensuring 99.9% accuracy.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including operations, engineering, and analytics—to resolve data discrepancies and improve data quality.
  • Utilize cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, or AWS) to access and manipulate data repositories securely.
  • Leverage version‑control tools such as Git and Azure DevOps to track changes, manage work items, and support continuous integration processes.
  • Develop and execute SQL queries against relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) to extract, transform, and load data for reporting and operational use.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies—daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives—to align with product owners and deliver on user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Assist in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines that automate data‑validation scripts and ensure seamless deployment of data‑related code.
  • Support containerized deployments using Kubernetes or similar orchestration tools when data services need to be scaled for high‑volume streaming scenarios.
  • Continuously explore emerging technologies, troubleshoot data‑related issues, and propose process improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative learning environment.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum three (3) years of hands‑on experience in an IT or engineering setting, preferably within logistics, supply‑chain, or data‑intensive environments.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, or AWS) and the ability to navigate cloud‑based data services.
  • Solid experience with version‑control systems (Git) and CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or similar).
  • Strong command of SQL and relational database concepts, with a track record of writing efficient queries for data extraction and reporting.
  • Experience working in an agile framework, including familiarity with user stories, sprint cycles, and acceptance criteria.
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical mindset, and a passion for maintaining data integrity.

Preferred Qualifications & Nice‑to‑Have Skills

  • Hands‑on experience with backend development frameworks such as Java or Spring Boot.
  • Familiarity with frontend technologies (React, Angular) to understand how data feeds into user interfaces.
  • Exposure to container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes for managing scalable data services.
  • Knowledge of high‑volume streaming architectures (e.g., Apache Kafka, Kinesis) and the ability to develop near‑real‑time data pipelines.
  • Experience leading technical teams or projects, demonstrating leadership and mentorship capabilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps) for creating visual analytics and low‑code solutions.
  • Certifications in cloud technologies (Azure Fundamentals, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Google Cloud Associate) are a plus.
