Position Overview
The Customer Service Representative role at arenaflex is the front line of our customer experience. You will be the friendly face that greets shoppers, the knowledgeable guide who helps them locate products, and the efficient cashier who ensures smooth, accurate transactions. - Receiving & Stockroom Operations: Unload merchandise from delivery trucks, sort and organize inventory, and transport items from the stockroom to the sales floor efficiently.
- Safety & Security: Remain vigilant of customer activity, promptly address any safety concerns, and support loss‑prevention initiatives to protect both guests and the store.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow associates and management to achieve daily sales targets, maintain store standards, and contribute to a positive team environment.

Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is preferred.

- Physical capability to lift up to 40 lb regularly (occasionally up to 55 lb) and perform repetitive motions such as standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, and climbing throughout the shift.
