Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop a robust chatbot that integrates seamlessly with the two most widely used messaging channels—arenaflex (formerly WhatsApp) and arenaflex (formerly Facebook Messenger)—to serve guests and property owners worldwide.
  • Architect end‑to‑end conversational flows covering the full guest journey: availability checks, reservation creation, payment assistance, property details, check‑in/out instructions, and post‑stay feedback.
  • Implement natural language understanding (NLU) pipelines using state‑of‑the‑art AI models, fine‑tuning them to understand domain‑specific terminology, multilingual queries, and contextual nuances.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and operations teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring the chatbot aligns with arenaflex’s brand voice and service standards.
  • Develop scalable backend services (APIs, databases, message queues) that handle high‑volume traffic, guarantee low latency, and maintain data security and compliance.
