Bilingual Experience Concierge – Remote
Pay: $14.00–$18.00 per hour Location: Remote, U.S. or Puerto Rico only Schedule: Wednesday–Sunday Training: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM CST for the first 3 weeks Regular Schedule: 7:30 AM–4:30 PM CST Enchanted Fairies is looking for a Bilingual Experience Concierge to support families throughout their client journey. This role is best for someone who is fluent in both English and Spanish, comfortable in a fast-paced call center environment, and able to provide warm, professional support across phone, email, text, chat, and social media. What You’ll Do:
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
- Respond to emails, texts, live chats, and social media inquiries
- Schedule and reschedule photo sessions and premiere appointments
- Support Spanish-speaking and English-speaking families with clarity and care
- Communicate with internal teams through Slack and other systems
- Follow up with guests quickly and accurately throughout their experience
What Success Looks Like:
- 90%+ monthly CSAT
- 90%+ connect rate
- 10% or lower missed call rate
- Guest inquiries responded to within 2 business hours
- Studio support responded to within 5 minutes
- Consistent attendance, follow-through, and communication
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- 1+ year of call center, customer service, scheduling, concierge, or omnichannel support experience
- Comfortable handling phone calls, emails, texts, and chats throughout the day
- Strong typing skills, 50+ WPM preferred
- Comfortable using Google Suite, Zoom, Slack, and web-based systems
- Reliable internet and a quiet remote workspace
- Warm, professional, detail-oriented, and coachable

- Are not available to work Wednesday–Sunday long term
