About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Call Center Representative to join our team and support our sales team in achieving their monthly meeting goals. As a key member of our sales support team, you'll be responsible for contacting prospective clients via telephone and email to schedule consultations with our sales representatives. If you have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sales, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

As a Call Center Representative, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks:

• Keeping a detailed log of calls, including those which were not answered
• Attempting to contact prospective clients who you have been unable to contact
• Accepting calls from prospective clients as they arise
• Calling prospective clients using a list of phone numbers provided to you
• Familiarizing yourself with essential details of our products and services
• Scheduling consultations between the prospective client and a Sales Representative
• Fielding basic questions and concerns about the products and services

Requirements and Skills To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential skills and qualifications:

• Top-notch verbal, written, and interpersonal skills: You'll be communicating with prospective clients and sales representatives on a daily basis, so excellent communication skills are a must.
• Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail: You'll need to be able to listen carefully to prospective clients and take detailed notes to ensure that their needs are met.
• Excellent phone etiquette: You'll be representing our company on the phone, so you'll need to have excellent phone manners and be able to handle a high volume of calls.
• A professional and courteous disposition: You'll be interacting with prospective clients and sales representatives, so a professional and courteous attitude is essential.
• Persuasive and results-oriented: You'll need to be able to persuade prospective clients to schedule consultations with our sales representatives, so a persuasive and results-oriented approach is a must.
• A high school diploma or equivalent: While a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, we're open to considering candidates with relevant experience and skills.
• Telephone line with Nationwide calling: You'll need a reliable telephone line with Nationwide calling to be able to contact prospective clients.
• Wi-Fi: You'll need a stable internet connection to be able to access our systems and communicate with prospective clients and sales representatives.

In addition to the essential skills and qualifications listed above, we're looking for candidates who have the following preferred qualifications:

• Proficient in relevant computer applications: You'll need to be proficient in relevant computer applications, such as CRM software and email marketing tools.
• Required language proficiency: While English is our primary language, we're open to considering candidates who are fluent in other languages.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices: You'll need to have a solid understanding of customer service principles and practices to be able to provide excellent customer service to prospective clients.
