Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and success for Walmart's e-commerce platform Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders and partners to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth Lead cross-functional teams to drive business results and achieve goals Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth Develop and implement marketing plans to drive traffic and sales for Walmart's e-commerce platform Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive business results and achieve goals Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: A bachelor's degree in Business or a related field At least 3 years of experience in Business Development, Marketing, or a related field Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience working in e-commerce or a related field Strong knowledge of marketing principles and practices, with the ability to develop and implement effective marketing plans Experience working with cross-functional teams, with the ability to collaborate and drive business results Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve goals Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and competencies: Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends and opportunities for growth Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve goals Career Growth Opportunities At Walmart, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for career growth and development.
