Key Responsibilities

  • Data Capture & Entry: Accurately transcribe information from scanned images, PDFs, and electronic documents into arenaflex’s proprietary data management system.
  • Document Classification: Identify and categorize document types (e.g., lab results, discharge summaries, insurance forms) based on visual cues and accompanying metadata.
  • Quality Assurance: Perform rigorous verification checks to ensure that entered data meets predefined quality standards, including completeness, correctness, and consistency.
  • HIPAA Compliance: Safeguard all Personal Health Information (PHI) in strict accordance with HIPAA regulations, employing encryption, access controls, and secure handling procedures.
  • Process Improvement: Proactively suggest workflow enhancements, automation opportunities, and best‑practice refinements to increase throughput and reduce error rates.
  • Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with peers, supervisors, and cross‑functional teams to resolve ambiguities, share insights, and support collective goals.
