Conduct research and analysis to develop innovative solutions for manufacturing processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction. Design and implement manufacturing processes and procedures in compliance with industry standards and regulations. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including manufacturing instructions, process flow diagrams, and quality control plans. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for manufacturing issues to ensure timely and efficient production. Utilize project management skills to lead and coordinate projects related to process optimization and new product introduction. Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement. Stay up-to-date with advancements in mechanical engineering and apply knowledge to enhance manufacturing processes. Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians on manufacturing techniques and procedures. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations in all manufacturing activities. Communicate and collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials and components. Contribute to the development and implementation of new product designs, ensuring manufacturability and cost-effectiveness. Participate in cross-functional meetings to provide input and recommendations for new product development. Maintain a thorough understanding of company products and processes to effectively troubleshoot issues and provide technical support.
