• B2B SaaS
• Onboarding and implementation
• Experience in financial services or working with financial advisors is a big plus, but not required! What You Will Be Doing
• Lead onboarding and implementation for new customers
• Guide customers through our platform and conduct discovery
• Make client workflows more efficient within our system
• Track onboarding progress, identify, and address issues as needed What's In It for You
