Position Overview

In this full‑time, inbound call‑center position, you will serve as the first point of contact for truck drivers who need emergency roadside assistance. Your primary responsibility is to intake, assess, and dispatch service requests, ensuring that drivers receive timely help and that all interactions are logged accurately in our system.
