Key Responsibilities

  • Member Assistance: Guide members, health‑care providers, and other stakeholders through the intricacies of medical and dental claims, payment determinations, and coverage questions.

  • Wellness Advocacy: Educate members on disease‑management programs, recommend appropriate health‑living initiatives, and encourage proactive wellness habits.
  • Documentation & Follow‑Up: Accurately record case details in our CRM system, track open items, and ensure timely follow‑up to close loops efficiently.
  • Continuous Learning: Participate in structured onboarding, on‑the‑job mentorship, and ongoing development workshops to stay current on industry trends and arenaflex product updates.
  • Team Collaboration: Share insights, best practices, and feedback with peers and supervisors to continuously improve service quality and operational processes.

  • Demonstrated ability to multitask independently while maintaining high accuracy on a computer‑based platform.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for translating complex information into clear, friendly language.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management abilities, ensuring each case is handled promptly and thoroughly.

Preferred Qualifications & Additional Skills
