Position Overview

As a Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will serve as the critical first point of contact for individuals seeking information about potential compensation claims. Working from a dedicated home office in Florida or New Jersey, you will engage with a high volume of pre-qualified leads who have already expressed interest by submitting online forms. Your role is to listen attentively, assess eligibility through structured conversations, and guide viable candidates through the next steps of the qualification process. This is not a cold-calling position; every connection you make is with someone who has actively reached out to arenaflex for help.

This position requires a unique blend of empathy, sales acumen, technical proficiency, and unwavering determination. You will speak with 40 to 50 callers per day, with 1 to 5 of those conversations resulting in qualified leads. The remaining connections—wrong numbers, disconnects, hang-ups, and non-qualifying leads—are simply part of the rhythm of the role. Key Responsibilities

  • High-Volume Outreach and Engagement: Connect with 350+ individuals daily through our automated dialer system, engaging those who have submitted inquiry forms to determine potential eligibility for compensation programs. Maintain professional composure and energy throughout high call volumes.
  • Lead Qualification and Assessment: Conduct thorough, compassionate conversations with 40-50 reached callers daily, identifying the 1-5 individuals who meet specific criteria for further qualification. Ask probing questions, listen actively, and document findings accurately.
  • Multitasking and System Navigation: Simultaneously listen to callers, answer questions, view multiple applications and databases, and input detailed notes. Maintain accuracy and efficiency while managing several digital tools at once.
  • Performance Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to retention, upsell, cross-sell rates, and conversion goals. Contribute to team objectives while pursuing individual performance benchmarks.
  • CRM and Software Utilization: Accurately operate phone software (VICI), proprietary Customer Relationship Management (CRM) databases, and follow structured scripts while adapting conversations naturally to caller needs.
  • Continuous Learning and Development: Participate actively in initial training and ongoing learning opportunities to deepen product knowledge, regulatory understanding, sales techniques, and industry developments.
  • Policy and Procedure Compliance: Adhere strictly to all arenaflex policies, procedures, compliance standards, and regulatory guidelines governing consumer outreach and legal lead generation.
  • Cross-Functional Support: Assist with special projects, team initiatives, and operational improvements as needed to support broader organizational goals.
  • Basic IT Troubleshooting: Independently diagnose and resolve common technical issues with hardware, software, internet connectivity, and peripheral devices to maintain productivity.

Essential Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative position with arenaflex, candidates must meet the following mandatory criteria:

  • Geographic Residency: Must reside in the State of Florida or New Jersey. This is a strict requirement based on operational and regulatory considerations.
  • Dedicated Home Office: Must maintain a quiet, distraction-free workspace that allows for focused, professional customer interactions.
  • Hardware Specifications: A reliable, hardwired desktop or laptop PC (no Mac or Chromebook permitted) with minimum specifications including 8GB of RAM, 20GB of free storage, and a 1.2 GHz or faster CPU.
  • Internet Connectivity: High-speed internet with a minimum of 50Mbps download and 100Mbps upload speeds (standard internet service required).
  • Noise Cancellation Equipment: A reliable wired USB noise-cancellation headset (such as a Logitech G432 or comparable gaming headset with microphone, average price $20-$30).
  • Professional Experience: A strong background in call center environments with a focus on sales, including a minimum of 2 years of phone sales or customer service experience.

  • You cannot complete the full 90-day training period
  • You are unable to work 8 hours per day and proactively manage appointments during earned vacation days or outside business hours when necessary

Work Schedule and Hours

This is a full-time remote position requiring 40 hours per week. The standard operating schedule at arenaflex is:

  • Monday through Thursday: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time or 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Eastern Time (depending on team assignment)
  • Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern Time
  • Training Schedule (First 90 Days): Monday through Thursday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time, and Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern Time
